The descendants of kings and nobles who denounced their birth rights in exchange for a new freedom are scattered into the suburbs across America and the world. The aristocracy of the old world has changed in complexion from fair to dark and is no longer recognizable. The red blood of the rebellion has infiltrated what the past has proclaimed to be pure and blue. Only a few are left to put on the show, still chasing the construct of manifest destiny., a fleeting dream. Most of their castles have been turned into hotels.
